The Durham and Southern was absorbed by the SCL in July, 1976, and this can not be Cary, NC as the D&S never came any closer to Cary than 6 rail miles. Fetner (Cary) is at the S165.0 and the crossing with the D&S in Apex was at the S171.0.

Ah, but Robert, you forget how much this area has changed since the D&S merger. The town of Cary has absorbed all of the land from their original boundary almost to the Chatham county line. Today, this spot is certainly a part of Cary. Green Hope High School is right beside this, look up their address if you need to.
