Given the issues in Grand Forks BNSF actually stored the whole train at Rice's Point Yard in Duluth for over 24 hours (kept it out of the way).

Yeah, it's a combination of too many trains, not enough power, and not enough crews at the moment. Fun times.

Yikes! Talk about getting busy in North Dakota, there just was a three-year agreement deal whereby Enbridge Rail will handle unit train loading of Bakken shale crude oil at the Enbridge Berthold, ND terminal beginning in May. They will ramp up to 35K/40K barrels per day by November and will be capable of accommodating up to three unit trains at any given time. (Source: stock news on CBI)
