Awesome shot! A few years ago I camped at the "Big Bear Den" campground near Spruce Pine NC, and I heard trains all night! So the next day I went for a drive to see where the main line was and found a tunnel i'm guessing it's this one. I would like to get back there some day to do some railfanning!
