Training the new generation is so crucial now--thanks for pointing this out.
Women railroaders have much to offer. The comment about her "taking him" that is posted here is childish and sexist. He would not have said this about a man. This woman has a right to be respected for her contributions ---and her body and gender are not important here-- railroading is.
