Posted by Chris Eads on March 2, 2013  To Adam's question, I believe it is simply small maintenance / routine maintenance for locomotives stationed here for helper service up and down the East and West Slopes. The engine house only holds one or two locomotives, so the complex really only does fuel, oil, I'd imagine filter changes and any very small repairs.
