The technical phrase here would be structural failure due to unexpected (i sure hope anyway) run in.

this has happen before on the main line line when we hit a soft spot in the track, where if a track inspector had patroled first a 10mph slow order would have been in place to prevent this

They look so strong don't they? I thought that it must (or may) have been a loading accident if it was loaded by a mechanical digger, thingy Such as the one in the background, squashing it or something!
