If the steam engine in the background is 6213 it is a 4-8-4 Northern type , not a 4-6-2.

CN 4803, a GMD GP7, was restored by Canadian National at the time of its donation to the City of Toronto circa 1980. It then spent about 25 years in storage, mainly in the John Street Roundhouse, until it finally saw the light of day again following reconstruction of the turntable and lead tracks a few years ago. It is not the "Steamwhistle Roundhouse"; Steamwhistle Brewery is only one of three tenants, Leon's Furniture and the Toronto Railway Heritage Centre being the others. The site is known as Toronto's Roundhouse Park.
