Thank you for such a nostalgic photo. Railroading hasn't been the same since the demise of the caboose. It is sad to think that the younger generations didn't have the chance to see the caboose in regular action. I suppose that is similar to how I missed the steam era.

Very true. The caboose was one of those things on the railroad everyone took for granted as being around forever until they disappeared almost overnight it seems.
