This tunnel has ample overhead clearance. I wonder where the clearance restrictions are that prohibit double stacks on the C&O? Seem odd to have an unrestricted tunnel amid others that lack adequate clearence

Very nice shot.
Also there are other tunnels ahead towards Virginia that don't that the clearance, at least they didn't used to, which would mean single stack containers on the C&O.
