I don't think it is well maintained rather I think it is brand new. Well maintained would show signs of useage, but there is no sign at all of it ever being used. There is no bearing grease on the pulleys, the exhaust is spotless, and there is no sign of lubrication on the journals.A little research would, probably, prove me right.

According to the Utah Rails website this derrick and the other six in her class were built in 1970.
