I'm not sure if I have ever seen a picture of a clean Clinchfield in my lifetime.
Did they ever wash a locomotive?

What is that wall to the left of the Rail road bridge? Was it another bridge at some time in the past or is it a retainer wall or a flood control device of some sort?
