Could that be an ex-Yadkin Valley GP7?

This unit was stripped down to it's frame, fuel tank and steps. With internal components, engine, generator and air compressor etc, remaining in Lexington, Ky. as spares, with the rest going to the Altoona shops to be turned into a Railpower Genset.
