Such a shame the days of E60's are gone now only to find one at Starsburg, by any chance it looks like this locomotive is on a station lead track, what train did it come off of or is going onto?

The E60s were used on long distance trains and Clockers with the power change being handled at Philly. After being pulled off at 30th Street for the power change they would hang out on #10 track waiting for their next assignment.
