Nice shot, Matthew! Sometimes, in the past, when I would view your pictures on RP my monitor gets too hot to touch but no problems here - really nicely composed and great color. Could be a Railfan Final Frame.

They are stuck on a GE because a GE is a GE is a GE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they will get your train to the final destonation quickly and on time. They don't have any trobules and you will get that train up to speed A sap. See a 140 empty grain train with two 8900's got from a stop to 45 miles per hour befor the last car way gone. If that not fast then what is?
