With enough man power standing around, not getting hurt, they could have made a monumental effort, but not these days. So, now, it just looks like their waiting for a pivot person.

Look at the two guys stanging in front of the crane. The one is saying to the other 'Maybe we should get someone here that knows how to operate the jack.'
