Nice shot. What a great thing to run a beautiful wood steamer in equally beautiful scenery. This is era of railroading is so rarely seen in the USA, we thank you so much Mr. Markoff. The cab is so crowded, you'd think it's New York's #5 subway at 8:30 Monday morning. I can figure out what is going on for most part except for the wood barrel. What is its purpose? It must be important to be allowed so much valuable real estate.

Ditto to the previous comments! The monsterous balloon stack has always impressed as a nice feature on the old wood burning steamers. Good job!
