According to the State Parks website: It's an "Ex-US Army 2030. Purchased 3/1995 from
Hawthorne Ammunition Depot. Repainted for SSRR. In service." http://www.parks.ca.gov/pages/668/files/csrm_roster_january_2007.pdf
