I don't think I've EVER seen an RS3 with such as SMALL fuel tank. All that open space beneath the frame makes it look very much an RS-1. Anybody know the provenance of this unit ?

PS: I don't see a stack for a steam boiler either. BBBRRRRR !

Wolfboro 101 was former MEC 557. It was originally built with Steam generator and a narrow centerline water tank ahead of the fuel tank. MEC themselves removed the train heating equipment, when no longer necessary.
