Wonderful photo, Matthew! I wholeheartedly agree with your remarks as well. When I think back on all the towers and stations that I visited or worked at over the past 40+ years, it's sobering to think that all of them are now gone. I fondly remember the friends I made and the operators I worked with, and well, the railroad just doesn't seem to be the same without these outposts and the fine folks who worked in them. Thanks for stirring up some good memories and sharing this gem with us.
