Nice capture Aaron, rumor has it it is a Caterpillar/EMD joint paint scheme, and I am guessing maybe it is true looking at the Caterpillar Yellow paint around the ditch light brackets.

EMD in London is indeed closed, however non-union workers are still finishing up the locomotives that were being built when it closed. EMD hopes to have the locomotives out of there by the end of September.

Sister units, EMDX 1202, 03, 04 & 05 were on the NS just outside of Kirk Yard today. Looked like some really clean reflective vests rideing the point.
