Dimmed headlights, no ditch lights... Is that train actually moving?

To answer Jeff Swanson: Yes, the train is actually moving through town at normal track speed for the street running. But I have no idea why he had his lights dimmed and ditch light off. Oh, you should have seen the vile hatred I got from women on Facebook when several times with one or another of those "Train up your child in the way he should go ..." memes showed a mother and child walking down the tracks and I said, uhh, folks, you are training up your child to do dangerous and illegal stuff around trains. Good grief the hatred thrown at me. And anyone else who raised the issue. Fascinating, as the guy with the pointy ears used to say.
