Wow, such a beautiful shot! It's a pity they'll be changing the route just to get people places faster.

Absolutely beautiful shot! I rode the Cascades Talgo last month - a wonderful experience!

Well, that's a rather small train picture, but it's one superb sunset photo! Very nice!

Now that's just gorgeous, Steve. If I were screening, this would have drawn an SC badge from the thumb alone!

Beautiful shot Steve. Looks like you camera will be busy the next couple of years so please show us some more. (PCA from me.)

The screener who neglected to give this an SC should loose his position. All kidding aside, this shot is phenomenal and a PC nomination from me!

Superb shot, Steve! Love the sunset and color. I am in shock this didn't get a SC, but you have a PCA vote from me.

This is awesome. Just goes to show, if you know a location, you know when to be there to get something like this, and if you know your stuff, you know what to do when you get there.

What a stunning shot! PCA nod from me.

Why no screener's choice. Amazing photo Steve. PA from me.

What J said. Stunning and original. Steve, that bridge is yours forever.

Great work as usual, Steve! A fleeting moment of serenity perfectly captured.

Great shot Steve, I watched that sunset and wished I was in a place to take advantage of it.

Stunning, PCA from me. As to, "It's a pity they'll be changing the route just to get people places faster", passengers don't ride this train for scenic views, they ride to get from here to there as quickly as possible. The scenery is a bonus. I for one, ride that train from time to time and want to get to my destination as soon as possible.

Outstanding work!

This shot is just stunning in its beauty and simplicity. I agree with Dennis that you "own" that bridge and I'm sure it took a while to vision this scene and then get the right sunset with the right train in it to pull it all together. Excellent work!

I don't have much to say, other than "WOW"!
