Amtrak 406 is not an F40PH anymore, it was converted to a NPCU in Early 2011,
but unlike the other Amtrak NPCU's, this NPCU still retains it's original number, and it uses a
HEP-Generator Prime Mover and a Fuel Tank.

It would be nice if they returned to this paint scheme and made 406 operational.
