Tom, I simply can't recall this location. The tracks behind the power look those around the Middle Yard but none of the buildings look like anything I've seen in Dothan (since 1985). It is entirely possible that a lot of the buildings were torn down and removed as there are large stretches on both sides of the track that are now vacant lots. Very interesting photo for lots of reasons
