Great shot Steve and a pleasant journey on the Wayback machine. This meet is taking place at Bow siding, 15 miles south of Bellingham and 7 miles north of Burlington in the Skagit Valley area of Western Washington. This siding has been lengthened several times and in the current BNSF era this is an important siding that sees frequent use for meets/passes.
