Is the person in the dutch door of the Sky View tacking your photo while you are taking his?

I suppose it's possible, but more likely he was shooting a picture of the photo line formed on the overpass--there was a good dozen of us.

In a way it looks like an elaborate set up/staged photo and on another it reminds me of a model railroad :p

I had the pleasure of riding on the Skyview on the New River Train. The car is a window to the past. I'm glad that this piece of history was saved and is available for trips.
