What Mr. Lambert is doing is not for the younger generation. However the trades trades needed to repair steam powered equipment must be passed down to younger men and women who show a passion for preserving our steam legacy. With that said we should not refuse to explore modern technologies which can reduce the time to fabricate repair parts when such parts no longer exist. Examples of these technologies include EDM machining and flow jet machines as will as other new industrial processes.
