Great shot at the SOR shops in Hamilton! It appears that the truck is unloading parts for CEFX 2019. From what is visible it looks like they may have burned out a generator on the GP20D. Also of note RLK 4095 in Hamilton means that RLK 3873 is probably assigned to the Hagersville Subdivision.
