Check out this website. http://www.fredparker.com/ultexp1.htm Nicely captured shot Chase, however I could not find Claremont on Goggle maps. I assume it is fairly close to Prince since you captured another sweet night shot that same evening. This photo reminds me of the picture at the New River Brigde visitor center that shows the stars revolving around the RT. 19 bridge over the gorge.
