The platform and track arrangement does not match Port Hope, nor does the overhead highway bridge to the right of CN 8184. Pretty sure that is looking north-east-north at Brockville, Ontario, obviously down by the station, and the Hwy bridge is William Street. CP swung under that bridge to access the Station and freight shed on their way to the waterfront. To the left, unseen, is CN's Manitoba Yard which, at least for a while, originated a daily freight for the CV.
