While modified by BCR, 560 was in fact, an Alco. This is the former LS&I #1606, first leased and then purchased by BCR in the 70's. The give away is the small body filters on the long hood - Canadian built RS-3's had large filters in the doors.
The MLW "lightweight" trucks were an addition by the shops as were the headlight and "bug eyes"
