Hey what's up with the flared radiators on that SD60 9908? Did I miss something? SD59 M-2?

EMD has rebuilt several Union Pacific SD60Ms to become SD59M-2 diesels (UP calls them SD59MX). As part of this rebuild, they receive flared radiators. These engines are numbered in the low 9900s (9900-9920 so far, but there are, oddly, fewer than 21 units so far).
