Great photo with some sharp looking motive power. Thanks for sharing, Ted.

Things have changed... Thanks for the window into the past. Classic styling both by design and in corporate colors. Almost looks like a scale model.

From one who haunted Roosevelt Road on many vacations to Chicago, this train is arriving at Dearborn, as the station is behind the photographer. The train is most likely the Texas Chief, which arrived in the late morning, and was regularly assigned the U28CGs and the later U30CGs.

Great photo of a classic paint scheme! No doubt on its way to a "Top Shot". Another classic Ted!

Goodness; the Kodachrome Quality just jumps out at you still, even after nearly half-a-century.

Easy there, Sport! I was born a month after this photo was taken and I'm far from being close to "half a century" old. haha Great piece of history you capture there, Ted.

Wonderful shot! I never caught any U28CGs myself, and only got one U30CG (in passenger colors) on 8mm movie film, so I am incredibly jealous.

Incredible... that really does look like a model train. The body of the loco looks like it's made of plastic.
