Rare to see two E-60s in tandem. That is probably a New York - Philadelphia clocker. The first car is an Amfleet I coach and it is followed by a Heritage, which were common on these trains during this period.

E60 #620 is actually the "class locomotive", because it was the first one built and previously numbered 950 and 510.
