Hey Tim - do you have any idea what that structure on the right was used for? I can't imagine this line having been signaled in the past...

Hi Jacques, that was indeed a signal actually. This part of what's now the Glens Falls Branch was also once the beginning of the Lake George Branch, which--I think due to heavy passenger traffic--was signalled.
