Some Americans have hold anything European in utter contempt, but the Europeans are MUCH better at preserving their history, while at the same time expanding high-speed rail instead of arguing about it.

Man this is one sad image my friend. Simply shameful that this wonderful structure didn't survive. I know we love the Grande, but it sure was one unsentimental road...
