I think it's a former CN VIA 6700.

This locomotive is the shell of former Western Maryland Railway FA-2 #303. The WM rostered 4 such units, all delivered in 1952. Both 302 and 303 survive. This unit spent several years on the Long Island RR, as control cab #607, Before Gerald Altizer saved her from the scrapper torch. Plans include the installation of a prime mover and traction motors, putting this ole' gal back to work on GCK's home rails.
