Superb shot. here in the UK, the train would have to stop, the driver would have to do a health and safety check and then sit for 5 hours while the passengers awaited rescue and all because of 2 inches of light snow.

Nigel, you got it all wrong! Here In the UK, the train would'nt have left the depot in the first place!! Or if it did, the operating company would spend 3 days getting permission from atleast 5 other companys to run the train through the 2 inches of snow.
