It looks like one of my past Diesel kit-bash projects in HO-scale...a hot-dog job at that... A CSXT nose & carbody from an L&N or SCL unit... A Union Pacific cab... A pair of sub-base access panels from Kansas City Southern, along with their trade-mark striped handrails... A filter-box for the electrical cabinet from Burlington Northern Santa Fe.... How you like me now?

I recognize the cab peices...from a former UP SD50 no less. Unit was part of the original Appalachian and Ohio here in West Virginia, owned then by WATCO. I think I have a pic of 5116 here somewhere.

Sure does remind me of a Wisconsin Central rebuild project. They would find parts from any source and part the locomotive together no matter what appearance it gave. Great catch considering the amount of railroads shown on just one locomotive!
