Very Nice Cletis, Very Nice - Unfortunately, someone forgot to check the "Screener Choice" block before passing this one thru into the database !!! Easily a "People's Choice" which requires a higher level of excellence anyways.

An excellent composure, array of colors and texture! I am amazed at how this missed the "SC" badge! Either way you have my vote for a PCA.

Now I know who I saw up there on the mountain... I think you are the same guy I saw there in the morning. Black Chevy Silverado with the N&W 611 license plate?

That's my white F-150 in the parking lot by US 421 on the middle right of the frame. I will post the "street level" view of this same train at some point. It certainly wont be as dramatic.

Great shot, Bryan! Wonderful new perspective on a famous location! PC vote here.

PCA here, stunner! Joking aside, this one is a real winner, despite what the critics say.. I guess in a way, you could say this is the $850 dollar shot.. Wonderful perspective and already nominated as a People's Choice. Likely a candidate for the POTW, too!

Great shot, man. I'm so going to copy this angle one day. It's a real "gas!"

What a difference a season makes! I climbed to this perch in Clinchfield days, but it was June, and the sun was as high as it could possibly get, so I opted for a northbound chase instead. I was actually tempted to cross the lower Southern Railway bridge here for a better angle, but since the bridge had no walkway, the prospect of being surprised by a train "killed" that idea.
