Posted by Barney Rebel on November 11, 2014  I saw a picture taken in 1950 (just weeks before it was scrapped) of one of these unique machines in an old copy of Rail Classics magazine from January 1975. It was the Chicago Great Western #1003. Never seen or heard of it before. What a fabulous restoration.
