I wonder if the train passing over those fresh veggies adds any unique flavoring - probably nothing that can't be covered up with Thai spices and fermented fish sauce.

This is one of the coolest rail opperations in Thailand and maybe the world. Anyone who has a chance to visit should. Even better is to make a day trip here by train from Bangkok. Is this opperation threatened by the flooding in Thailand right now?
