For a Photoshop effect, it would seem far too obvious to omit blurring the stop sign and light to the right of it, yet, I can't figure it? It almost looks as if the column, train and stop sign were still and the scenery was flying by.

The stop sign was frozen by the yellow strobe on the locomotive, seen at right. It took me a moment to figure it out as well! Unfortunately I didn't get a good one with both strobes lit.

WOW. You don't often get the opportunity to get action shots of industrial locomotives, particularly big beasties such as the CR8. Nice stuff!
