Can anyone explain why there is a Union Pacific SD70ACe that's mostly taken apart in Juniata?

Oh man, I was there later that day when it clouded up and 4271 was backed into the shop, couldn't get a picture of it.

Its not a SD70ACe, is one of the old SD90MAC-H2 locomotives that is being rebuilt for shipment to Australia, NS is rebuilding these under contract.

That MBTA loco is a bit out of its normal operating area...
