Opened in 1859 and built for the Gettysburg Railroad, the station last saw service on December 31, 1942 while under ownership of the Western Maryland. A year earlier, the Reading Company, which also serviced the station, discontinued service as well. Posted by Cameron Applegath on August 10, 2011  Love this, Walter. Great location and station.
