I see the FEC has started selling off the 700s. Do they have any 400s left? Was this one sold due to lack of performance?

I'm not sure, But I know that GEXR Just had a EX - Southern Pacific (HLCX) Unit delievered to them. Aparently it will be ready to run in the fall.
