Very nice catch! There are a lot of rare things about this photo. It is a rare paint scheme for the F40s on Amtrak's highest numbered F40 (purchased from GO Transit) near the end of its life, leading the Starlight.

Now there is a paint scheme I can live with,,never was big on the red white and blue,,smacks of too much government intervention!
