The odd paint of 1132 is that of the MBTA, Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority, simply the "T".

Thats an MBTA GP-40 in the back.

That odd unit belongs to the Boston Transit and is one of the last of these to have heavy repairs done. The Altoona shops perform every thing from normal repair work to complete new locomotives, such as RailPower Gen Sets and many other projects for Norfolk Southern.

The MBTA GP40MCs are reportedly prone to electrical and computer problems associated with them being converted from freight use to passenger use... I think they are slowly getting deck-up rebuilds at Altoona.
