To my knowledge, no. I recall seeing a lot of TOFC "piggyback service" but seldom or never containers. Could it be some sort of re-route or detour? Do any other scans show this train?

Great shot of a wonderful place to spend some time trackside. The D&RGW 5379 was one of a handful of D&RGW SD40T-2s to receive SP red and gray paint with speed lettering in the early 1990s.
