It's cool to see the CSX in the beautiful land of Godmanchester, Quebec.
The lead locomotive was originally painted New York Susquehanna &Western, Susi-Q yellow-jacket scheme. Rostered to the CSXT in 1990, they were repainted in 1991 to this bright future scheme.
The trailing unit in the consist was a Conrail acquisition, painted later than the lead locomotive.

Yes it's a new service to the new intermodal terminal in Beauharnois, Qc. I don't know if the train run each day...
